I understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and aim to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Please read my return policy below to familiarize yourself with our guidelines.

 

UNUSED ITEMS

I accept returns for unused items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

JEWELRY

Made-to-Order and Ready to Ship jewelry pieces are returnable within 30 days from the date you received your order as long as they are unworn and do not show any signs of wear and tear, scratches, or diminished polish. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

CUSTOM ITEMS

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized or personalized pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. I take great care in crafting personalized items to your specifications, making them unique to you.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return an unused item, please follow these steps:

Contact: Before returning the item, please contact me to initiate the return process.

Package the Item: Securely package the unused item, ensuring it is well protected to avoid damage during transit. Include all original packaging materials, tags, and any accessories that came with the item.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part or a defective item. I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. I cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund or Exchange: Once I receive the returned item and verify its condition, I will process the refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Items: If you have received a damaged or defective made-to-order item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. I will happily resolve the issue.

Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact me for assistance. I’m happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Items: In the event that I made an error with your order or if you received a damaged item, please contact me immediately. I will resolve the issue promptly and ensure that you receive the correct item or a replacement at no additional cost.
